Early Call Exhortation

  Topic: God's Assurance Date: 6th July 2025 Some of the hardest waits are for the restoration of a loved one who has walked away from truth, from responsibility, or from us. It can feel humiliating to keep hoping, especially when their actions seem to spit on your patience. But God doesn’t show us their brokenness so we can walk away—He shows us so we can pray, intercede, and wait with purpose. The stretching of your heart in those moments may feel like suffering, but heaven sees it as strength. It is not forever. And when God restores, it is never too late. The Word assures us again in Isaiah 40:31, They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles… Waiting in God's terms is a position of rising, not sinking. The word “wait” in Isaiah 49:23—They shall not be ashamed that wait for Me—is translated from the Hebrew word qāwāh, which means to stretch like a cord pulled tight.
