Early Call Exhortation


TOPIC: ASSURED IDENTITY

DATE: November 25th, 2024.

BIBLE REFERENCE: Acts  17 v 28


MEDITATION -  . Genesis 3:11  And he said, Who told thee that thou wasn't naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

God's redemption package is an extension of his best intentions from the beginning .  First he came to earth to create, then when the serpent convinced the couple to veer from the revealed word and will of God He returned to save. We have been saved and delivered yet the crisis of identity looms around persistently, some people have taken to all forms of things  to define who they are. There is nothing in the world that matches God's love for us , counterfeiting it will only create more problems. 

We are his, we are not a burden to him. There's one thing for God to make a covenant of His presence with you, and another thing for you to know it, believe it, and walk in it. When a believer starts questioning his identity, then they have heard other voices.....God said "who told you that you are naked" . Have you heard a voice other than God’s?


The constant good news is this, "In him we live move and have our being," nothing short!  Our strength, both physical and spiritual, comes from God . The covenant of His presence will mean nothing unless we consciously appropriate it and enjoy the benefits accruing from it.  Adam said he was naked when he veered off, its how it is sometimes in our Christian walk.  We become tempted or distracted by something, perhaps not even realizing it at first, then when we hit a roadblock, we begin to doubt our identity. And when we finally notice, unless we strive to get back on track, it cripples our faith. With Christ, we are awarded a new identity. Our value and importance comes directly from God. He is the standard of goodness and truth, and He claims us as His own now and ongoing! (Endless).

  DATE: 14/4/2025  TOPIC; SMALL LEAPS REFERENCE: 2corinthians 4 v 6-7. Are you feeling disconnected from your faith, experiencing dryness, or going through emotional turbulence? Stay put, you are not alone. God can bring light and understanding even in challenging times. Although our obedience needs to be sincere and not  partly done. Sometimes, your obedience may just be about keeping still, aligning with God's vision, or seeking direction and pondering on the Word of God.
